  We were in town on vacation when we had to make an urgent appointment for our dog. I explained the issue and made an appointment (for Sunday). Then, after I arrived (early) and had been waiting, they told us they didn't have my dog's records (of course). And that, because they had no record of his rabies vaccine and couldn't reach his regular vet because they were closed, they weren't going to see my small, friendly dog! 1. We've brought him to new vets in the past without an issue. 2. He very obviously does not have rabies. 3. They should have told me this when I made the appointment! Now it's too late to get him in anywhere else. Unbelievable!

  I can't say enough about how excellent Banfield Westlake is. Dr. Lee and Dr. Slomowitz and the rest of the staff are outstanding. For the past 7 years, our furry, four-legged child has received nothing but the very best care - from people who are legitimately good-hearted and trustworthy. There's no one I trust more.. To anyone considering becoming a customer, I strongly recommend getting a Wellness plan. Ours has saved us thousands of $$$ (not exaggerating) over the past 7 years, and allowed our dog to receive top care and regular check-ups. With free annual teeth-cleaning, x-rays, and blood-work, etc... the plan pays for itself and then some. Let alone the discounts on all medications and additional services. Thank you Banfield Westlake. I cannot recommend you enough.
